Floral pops & playful paper pieces – creative inspiration for the modern couple
“Many of today’s couples are seeking opportunities to host a more sustainable, natural-feel celebration which of course still oozes style. On this shoot, a fabulous team of us set out to create new and exciting inspiration to share with couples to help them with planning their wedding day, with bold & contemporary touches to spark ideas, inspire creativity and encourage a step away from the norm.
We teamed striking yet naturally styled florals with unique playful stationery which was complemented by a soft, elegant colour palette. The vision for our shoot was to inspire contemporary couples and introduce alternative concepts to work towards a more eco-friendly wedding.
The colour palette was key to drawing every element of the shoot together – we knew we wanted to be contemporary, cool and add a little edge to the usual ‘pretty’ that’s often associated with weddings. I worked closely with the uber-talented Poppy of Poppy Wild Floral to bring to life our floral-heavy, foliage-filled vision. She scattered incredible bursts of clashing and complementary colour with plenty of texture & movement throughout the stunning airy venue. ”
